Who We Are
Loughkelly Limited are a private house builder and developer based outside the Moy, Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland and cover all of Ireland.
Although the company was formed in 2020 the seeds were planted many years ago and our team brings with it a vast amount of knowledge and skills in construction. With this experience we are able to expertly design and build luxury homes that are not only of a high standard but also exceptional value. The company also revamps and renovates older properties.

We specialise in bespoke new build homes which are of high quality and competitive prices. The team at Loughkelly oversee every aspect of the build. We choose and buy the ideal site and each house is individually designed to suit their location. Each house features exquisite attention to detail through to final completion
